A warm thanks to everyone who made out two one of the two chances to see the artwork created from my 4-month long Residency. I was so glad to see all the faces I have missed since being so dedicated mentally and physically to my stay here. Unfortunately, I have to move on to my next big challenge, but I have just uploaded plenty of photos from production to show time that will hopefully allow you to capture some of the experience. San Francisco’s waste management organization, Recology, has a program called Artist In Residence (AIR) which was created to inspire and educate people about recycling and resource conservation. AIR provides specially selected local artists with studio space, resources, and discarded treasures from its interim dump site before items are sent to landfills or recycling plants.
